These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website at agenticeye.com and its sub-pages, including the conference hub, the vertical mini-sites, documentation pages and the forms on them (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Mars Technologies Ltd., company no. 514195833, 1 Sapir St., Herzliya, Israel ("AgenticEye", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of the AgenticEye OS platform at agenticeye.com/os and os.agenticeye.com, including its API, WhatsApp bot and notifications, is governed by the AgenticEye OS General Terms and the OS Privacy Notice. A signed order, engagement form or other individual agreement with us prevails over these Terms and over the OS General Terms for its subject matter. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle information on the Site.
The Site provides information about AgenticEye, its products, verticals, integrations, pricing, events and research. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Product capabilities, availability, integrations with third-party cameras or systems, timelines and prices described on the Site are indicative; some capabilities are in development or offered to design partners before general release. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty or professional (veterinary, agronomic, legal, financial or security) advice.
Forward-looking statements about plans or performance reflect our current expectations and may not materialise. Benchmarks, case studies and performance figures depend on the conditions at the specific site and are not a guarantee of results elsewhere.
You may submit information through contact forms, the waitlist, research surveys, career applications and event registrations. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit information about another person only with that person's consent. Submitting a form does not create an account or a contract. We may contact you about your submission by e-mail, phone or messaging; marketing messages can be declined at any time.
Messages received through the Site may be sorted automatically, including by an AI service, so that they reach the right team. Decisions about your request are made by people.
Access to the platform requires an account, which is created and used under the OS General Terms. Plan names, limits and prices on the pricing page are a summary; the terms that bind the parties are those in the order or engagement document. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT. Free trials may be limited, changed or ended at our discretion and convert to a paid plan only on your explicit order.
You will not: (a) use automated tools to scrape, crawl or copy the Site beyond what search engines do under robots.txt; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any account, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission; (c) interfere with the Site's operation or impose an unreasonable load on it; (d) submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing or malicious content; (e) impersonate AgenticEye or any person; or (f) use the Site in breach of applicable law.
The Site, its design, text, graphics, images, videos, software and the AgenticEye name, logo and trademarks are owned by AgenticEye or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view, download and print pages for personal or internal business reference, keeping all notices intact. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or public display, requires our prior written consent. Press materials provided in our press kit may be used by media in accordance with the instructions there.
Names and logos of camera vendors, standards bodies, conferences and other third parties appear on the Site to describe compatibility, events or industry context and belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or certification unless expressly stated.
The Site links to third-party websites, documents and services, including conference organisers, regulators, map providers and vendors. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Access them at your own discretion and under their terms.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Site or our products, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information through public forms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticEye, its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed NIS 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for wilful misconduct or bodily injury. Liability relating to the platform is governed by the OS General Terms.
You will indemnify AgenticEye against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on the Site and why. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use; analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time through the cookie settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, its number and its effective date appear at the top of this page. Changes apply from publication; your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes to the OS General Terms follow the notice procedure set out there.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
These website Terms are published in English and Hebrew. In case of discrepancy, the English text governs these website Terms. (The OS General Terms state their own governing language.)

האתר, עיצובו, הטקסטים, הגרפיקה, התמונות, הסרטונים, התוכנה, השם AgenticEye, הלוגו וסימני המסחר שייכים ל-AgenticEye או למרשיה ומוגנים בדיני זכויות יוצרים, סימני מסחר ודינים אחרים. מותר לצפות בדפים, להורידם ולהדפיסם לעיון אישי או עסקי פנימי, תוך שמירה על כל ההודעות. כל שימוש אחר, לרבות שכפול, שינוי, הפצה או הצגה פומבית, טעון הסכמתנו מראש ובכתב. חומרי העיתונות בערכת העיתונות שלנו ניתנים לשימוש כלי תקשורת בהתאם להנחיות שם.
שמות ולוגואים של יצרני מצלמות, גופי תקינה, כנסים וצדדים שלישיים אחרים מופיעים באתר כדי לתאר תאימות, אירועים או הקשר ענפי, והם שייכים לבעליהם. הופעתם אינה מעידה על תמיכה, שותפות או הסמכה אלא אם נאמר כך במפורש.

במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, AgenticEye, נושאי המשרה, העובדים והספקים שלה לא יישאו באחריות לנזק עקיף, מקרי, מיוחד, תוצאתי או עונשי, או לאובדן רווח, הכנסה, נתונים או מוניטין, הנובעים משימושכם באתר או מאי-היכולת להשתמש בו, גם אם הוזהרו על האפשרות. אחריותנו הכוללת בגין כל התביעות הנוגעות לאתר לא תעלה על 1,000 ש"ח. אין בתנאים כדי להגביל אחריות שאינה ניתנת להגבלה לפי דין, לרבות בגין מעשה מכוון או נזק גוף. אחריות הנוגעת לפלטפורמה מוסדרת בתנאים הכלליים של הפלטפורמה.
תשפו את AgenticEye בגין תביעות, הפסדים והוצאות משפט סבירות הנובעים מהפרת התנאים על ידכם או משימוש בלתי חוקי שלכם באתר.
מדיניות הפרטיות מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים באתר ולמה. מדיניות העוגיות מפרטת את העוגיות שבשימוש; עוגיות אנליטיקה מוצבות רק בהסכמתכם, וניתן לשנותה בכל עת דרך הגדרות העוגיות.
אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. הגרסה העדכנית, מספרה ומועד תחילתה מופיעים בראש הדף. שינויים חלים מרגע פרסומם; המשך השימוש באתר לאחר שינוי מהווה הסכמה לו. שינוי מהותי בתנאים הכלליים של הפלטפורמה נעשה לפי הליך ההודעה הקבוע שם.
על התנאים חל דין מדינת ישראל, ללא כללי ברירת הדין. לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת הנוגעת לאתר. אם הוראה תימצא בלתי אכיפה, יתר ההוראות יעמדו בתוקפן. הימנעות מאכיפת זכות אינה ויתור עליה.
