Mars Technologies Ltd., company no. 514195833, 1 Sapir St., Herzliya, Israel ("AgenticEye", "we") is the controller of personal information collected through the website agenticeye.com and its sub-pages (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, why, with whom we share it, how long we keep it and your rights. It is written to comply with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, and, for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, with the GDPR and UK GDPR.
This policy covers the Site, including the contact and waitlist forms, research surveys, career applications, the conference hub, documentation and press pages. Information processed inside the AgenticEye OS platform (accounts, farm data, images and video from cameras, sensor readings, staff reports) is governed by the AgenticEye OS Privacy Notice. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.
If you sign in with Google on the login page, Google provides your account identifier, name and e-mail address; that sign-in belongs to the platform and is covered by the OS Privacy Notice. We may enrich business contact details from public professional sources before responding to a demo request.

Some providers are located outside Israel, in the European Union, the United States and elsewhere. Transfers comply with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001, and rely on the provider's contractual commitments to a level of protection no lower than Israeli law requires. For EEA and UK visitors: Israel benefits from an adequacy decision, and onward transfers to providers outside the EEA rely on standard contractual clauses or another recognised mechanism.

We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, in line with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and audit logs, rate limiting and abuse protection on public forms, daily verified backups, separation of development and production environments, and staff access on a need-to-know basis. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
To exercise a right write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. You may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
